Your miniprints are 3D PRINTED on a resin printer and cured with UV light. They are small and very breakable so gentle handling is suggested. If you break them we are happy to replace them for FREE and all we ask is that you cover the shipping/postage cost.

1. What is your miniprints order turnaround time?
It depends. We custom print ALL orders to your specifications, and the timing to turnaround your order depends on a number of factors such as how busy we are and how big is your order. We strive to print all orders and ship within one week of receiving your order.
2. Do the figures come painted?
How do you suggest painting the figures?
All miniprints come unpainted unless you CHOOSE the painted option. Painting usually ADDS a week or so to the delivery time, so expect around two weeks for processing (unless we are swamped). If you want to paint them, and hey isn’t that the fun part, we have a series of painting clinics online at https://miniprints.ca/clinic/
3. What countries do you ship to?
How much is shipping?
We will ship to pretty much every country. We offer flay rate shipping within the United States for $8US and within Canada for $15 Canadian. We have sent miniprints to every continent on earth (except Antarctica, but we are working on that as well). Check the miniprints.com website for information and shipping costs.
4. Are orders sent with a tracking number?
Yes. Unless otherwise requested, all miniprints are sent out by the most economical shipping method. Orders are usually sent by UPS or USPS and there is almost always a tracking number. If you want to follow your package (to see where it may have ended up or where it is going next) you will have received an email with your tracking number once your package ships. You can also login to your account to find this information.
5. How long does shipping take?
I would hope that you should see your order in a couple of weeks after you see your shipping notification. If not, don’t panic. It’s pretty rare that a package gets lost. If in doubt, please email me at bernard@miniprints.com
6. Do you print other scales?
Yes we do. We do have a maximum size that will fit on our equipment, so please contact us with your unique needs and we will see if it is doable.
7. Do you do custom requests?
Not at this time.
8. Are volume discounts available?
Perhaps. But we are taking LARGE quantities. Please contact us to discuss.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
For all orders we accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal and can use any regular credit card with PayPal. It is just a payment gateway.
For Canadian orders we prefer an interac bank e-transfer tobernard@miniprints.ca as this helps to reduce our fees.
10. Do you offer refunds?
No unfortunately once your order is printed and sent we cannot offer a refund. All miniprints come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we will work very hard to make you happy.
